General Terms and Conditions (GTC) for travel escort and tour planning
1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all services provided by [Your Name / Your Company], hereinafter referred to as "Provider", in the area of planning, organization and support of individual trips, tours and events.
These terms and conditions apply exclusively; any conflicting or deviating terms and conditions of the customer are not recognized unless the provider expressly agrees to their validity in writing.

2. Subject matter of the contract
The provider offers the following services:
• Consulting, planning and organization of individual trips and tours
• Providing information on routes, accommodations and activities
• Booking of individual services on behalf of the customer
• Accompaniment and support during the trip
Note: The provider is not a tour operator as defined in § 651a of the German Civil Code (BGB). Package tours are not offered. Contracts for individual services (hotels, transport, tickets) are concluded exclusively between the customer and the respective service providers.

3. Bookings on behalf of
If the provider books services for the customer, this is done exclusively in the name and on behalf of the customer.
• The customer is the contractual partner of the respective service provider.
• Ideally, payments should be made directly by the customer.
• The provider merely forwards payments as an intermediary.
The provider is not liable for services provided by third parties whose booking he arranges or organizes.

4. Fee
The provider's fee is agreed separately and is not included in the costs for third-party services (e.g. accommodation, tickets, transport).
• Payments will be made according to the agreed payment terms.
• The commencement of the service provision triggers the due date of the fee, unless otherwise agreed.

5. Liability
The provider is only liable for damages resulting from intentional or grossly negligent conduct.
No liability is accepted for:
• Deficiencies or failures of external services
• Delays or organizational problems of third parties
• Price changes or incorrect information from service providers
To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to three times the agreed fee, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.

6. Customer's obligations
The customer agrees to:
• Provide all necessary information for planning
• Ensure valid travel documents and visas
• Take out your own insurance policies (travel, accident, liability insurance).
• To bear the costs for external services oneself

7. Changes and cancellations
Changes or cancellations are subject to the respective terms and conditions of the booked third-party providers.
The provider's fee remains payable once the service has commenced, unless otherwise agreed.

8. Security certificate
Since the provider does not offer package tours, there is no obligation to issue a security certificate in accordance with § 651k BGB.

9. Data protection
The provider uses personal data exclusively for the performance of the agreed services. Data is only passed on to third parties insofar as this is necessary for the provision of the service.

10. Jurisdiction and applicable law
German law applies. The place of jurisdiction is, to the extent legally permissible, the provider's place of business.
Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
